I don't need a vaccination I eat my fruits and vegetables which boost my immune system and helps protect me from getting ill.

I tell you what enough, if I can cure my old man of psoriasis and sinusitis and tinnitus he will consider stopping getting the annual flu jab. It's a work in progress, maybe next year. * +

I hope all of you are going to get to the doctors or a boots and get this injection. Its a very bad strain of flu this year coming from Australia. Get an appointment booked like I have.

Never had one, never needed one. Not having one anytime soon god willing. * +
