Yeah i'm feeling this now they've revised it, as it's still over 200 a month. That's direct to her - it'd be 250 through their payment program.

Whether this is fair or not is a matter of opinion but until now i've been paying 160 through the CSA. So i'm not impressed with the change. * +

Weird one....ive got 2 mates who are totally opposite of the maintainace monitor....one has 3 kids with his ex, shared parenting and for 6 years didn't pay a thing. Her new fella loses his job and all of a sudden she wants the youngest full time, aged 12. Week later he gets a demand for maintenance for the youngest 2 hmmmm. Other mate the mother doesnt want anything and refused maintanance off him because it means he would be in the kids life. The kid is a toddler....would cost thousands in court fees and she could skip court dates anyway and not get in trouble
