As a child I remember going to an exhibition with my mum, on the way it was cancelled because of a bomb threat, it never happened thankfully.. I remember the Surrey quays bomb and the aftermath... Apart from that Irish terrorism had zero impact on daily life... Today is very very different * +

i remember as a child, missing a bomb blast in picadilly circus. i will carry on as i did then, with no fears. but no, irish terrorism never had and impact just many innocent people killed!!! * +

Them heady days of being able to walk through London without thinking of getting blown up, run over or head cut off.. Now have to content with that and random acid attacks and chav moped riders like modern day highway mandem.. Glory days
