So about 15 years ago, an employee of mine's dad died. She went back home to her country for funeral and then had to stay longer cos her mum died a week later. We stayed friends and fast forward 10 years of friendship, I meet her living mum. Tonight I find out on fb that her mum passed. I feel bad for her but should I forgive because in my heart I've already helped her grieve? * +

So her mother didn't really die when she said she did? * +

It's not nice to tug at people's heart strings with that kind of stuff.it opens wounds for them as they try to pull on their own experiences to help you.not nice at all.but yeah;i'd probably forgive them but not feel inclined to take myself to that place for them again * +

No, but for years we all thought she lost both parents, until she forgot and I met her mum. * +

What iil said, but probably with more swearing, less forgiving and a bit of vengeful plotting. * +

People do some weird things for attention. * +
