This is true.

If someone fks you over somehow, and you forgive them, they don't really learn. It's likely they'll do it again. You're basically saying yes it's okay, you can get away with it. It's more powerful than words. It teaches the subconscious.

I've had to teach a few people over the years, by taking the highway (or sending them on it, whatever), and never looking back. Occasionally it's hurt me more than it hurt them, but they learnt. It's the only way they do. * +
