there's an underground ROC listening post near me it was sold as possible apartment, its in middle nowhere and about 25ft underground with just a ventilation s haft/access hatch that a local farmer has generously deposited a huge gigantic pile of poo ontop to prevent chavs entry. * +

What a stupid question. It would depend what you are looking for... bachelor pad, family home etc. For each one you need different bait. You want it to come to you, so the bait needs to be right. Chasing and hunting it just makes it really tired and not so fresh .. you want it calm and fresh * +
