Been saying no for ages this morning it didn't give me the option


Now my laptop mouse keyboard charger has no effect on the frozen screen

Shutting the laptop doesn't put it into sleep mode.

I can't use it at all.. what the fu*k? * +

google the make and model along with windows 10. doubt you would be the only one to have suffered this, plus you'd get whatever solution was successful. * +

Can you start it in safe mode? If so you can either system restore to yesterday or a full factory reset and get a program that stops win 10 from installing. Can't remember the name of the one I got. Will post it later when I'm at home. * +

Forgive my impatience but what part of 'I can't use it at all' makes you think I can restart It? How do you presume I restart a laptop in safe mode without use of mouse or keyboard or any other input device?

I fu*king hate tech. I swear it was better 10 years ago.

Either take the battery out or press the power button for 10 seconds or so. As for no mouse then use the up and down buttons on your keyboard (not_rocket_science. Giff) * +
