It's perfectly normal to attach memories to music... Sometimes the memories might carry strong emotions with them, be it happy or sad, so the music can suddenly bring those memories and emotions flooding back or just trigger an emotional response even though you're not even aware what memory it's subconsciously attached to... * +

I used to love Oasis but there's 2 or 3 of their songs that leave me feeling pissed off when I listen to them now...
Probably because I used to go for a drive and listen to the cds after she'd pissed me off...
