There are still people who don't have the mental capability of understanding the complexities involved with mental health and so their simplistic view is that people should 'just' snap out of it. * +

ppl handle bereavement diffrently. Mrs T still crys over the death of her dad nearly 30 years after he died. I cried for like 5 minutes when my dad died and moved on. Cant say i read the whole story of prince harry but did he have the councilling befor or after he went to war ? could be he had a touch of PTSS which is different from mental health issues ! * +

Nothing is wrong, it's like going to a medical doctor if you're physically ill.
