More dangerous than arsenic these days .
Lot of fake news jumping on the band wagon too now on the attack against sugar.
But it deserves all it gets I guess because the sugar companies have been ten times worse than the Tabaco companies and even Pablo Escobar this last century.

Generally speaking it's not sugar tho that's the problem but insulin .

Whats your thoughts on it , have you tried to kick the habit ? * +

My body prefers sugar than artificial sweetener.

43yrs of sugar really has done me absolutely no harm. I'm fit and healthy, and have never dodged it - i'm aware of the body's simple science for thiving; to consume and burn energy..

The press aren't exactly reliable, are they? They're full of shit. Everything they say is corrupt bullshit. It astounds me anyone still buys a newspaper - there's an addiction to poison right there. * +

Yeah all the sweeteners cause a spike in insulin .
Just like sugar only without the sugar which is worse * +

Yeah sugar does spike the insulin levels. But eating does that in general i heard. Everytime we eat our insulin level spikes. I have quit sugar, its fu*king hard the first 3day, i did it cold turkey which i don't recommend. * +
