Because they use sign language to communicate and the prison system apparently doesn't cater for their needs. Surely it can't be hard to hire 2 or 3 sign language speaking prison guards to keep these bast*rds off the streets? * +

What about wheelchair users or blind people convicted ..are they catered for in prison? When I say catered for I mean surely the judicial system can't let off people just because they have a disability...can they? * +

Well yes the judicial system does let people off to an extent due to some mental disabilities for example. * +
