employers have the perfect right to ask for and expect a certain level of professional respectful conduct from the people who represent them whether public or private.
quite a lot of stuff being done today looks pretty unnecessary regarding things like pronouns, I can see where the intention might be coming from but nobody is being hurt by being called he or she. I don't think that this qualifies as controlling people though and it's not that likely to last either.

afaik, there's been no push by anyone to advocate for the right to enter to toilet of your choice UNTIL these bans were brought in and a manufactured panic was whipped up where none had existed before. now people are being affected in ways that are equally as ridiculous as pronoun training.
