Why there are some people who loves them, i dont get it. It is just to tell time and i am not even a watch person but i got some friends who are obsessed with expensive 'time' pieces as they called them. Anyone who watch mad here as well? * +

I don't even like them on my wrist, sweaty things. * +

What price tag are we talking? I've never been into expensive things after I bought some Prada socks that fell to bits after a week.

Bet there's some here who like to show their wealth off with posh stuff though.. * +

It's more for dressing up than telling the time. I only wear one for formalities. Most people just use their phones for telling the time. * +

Got a mate who's into them, pays thousands at a time without batting an eyelid.
He's a bit of a Del Boy and likes bling... * +

Hasn't there been a post about this or did I imagine it? Chin * +

Umm I'm into watches but I have many at different prices from about 80 pound up to 1300 pounds. It's about the craftsmanship and the aesthetic of the watch and the history of the brand. * +

I like watches but my practical side kicks in, browsing for watches on a device that gives perfect time and all. * +
