too little info as well as i am no expert on mental health and what was exactly going on in his head.. yes somehing should be done, of course he needs time away, how long I don't know as I know too little abt this and him as I said... also don't know if it should be jail or an institution. also no idea what kind of bullying took place and how it affected him * +
