good day all, anyone know the procuder on how to go about getting a shaver replaced as it broke within 6 months and has 1 year guarantee, as i went there with the shaver and the receipt only to hear that the receipt i have is not the right one yet thats the one they gave me

u will need a correct receipt ie till slip for the guarantee... tbh I can't see how they would have given u the wrong one. * +

People pay a lot of money for a decent shaver. If it doesn't last why would you just buy a new one? They have guarantees for a reason. Unless it's a Bic razor pw then buy a new one
