A guy was sentenced to 6 or 9 yrs in prison not sure of time but its just come out that he was falsely accused of r*pe. The girl came forward and admitted to falsely accuse him. Shud she be punished for her claims?? I feel she shud for wrongly accusing this guy for emotional damages and everything this guy has lost over the period he's be in prison. What do u think??! * +

Yes, she should be tried in criminal and civil court. If she was a juvenile at the time, then her parents need to be investigated too. * +
