Heard on talkback radio, says she wants a royal commission into Islam yeah, usual racist sh*t she comes out with. The other things are an Australian Identity Card (Hawke was going to introduce a similar thing back in the 80s) cutting the number of politicians, axing the GST, introducing a 2 percent flat tax rate.

But the last thing she said was interesting, she wants every couple to sign a compulsory premarital agreement. This would be so there was no time wasted in family courts re : custody battles etc. It'd all be sorted beforehand. Your thoughts? * +

I'm in two minds about it, mostly because it is coming out of her mouth.. she is definitely that popularist type who simply parrots what people around her are saying (people in the real world, not in Canberra). But it also seems like a solution that might work * +

People change and situations, never know what can happen in the future, you can't just go on what is agreed before you're married over who ends up with the children. * +
