I have an hour mostly every lunchtime due to the drugs. If I didn't I'd be a zombie by this time. I can close my eyes and wake up exactly an hour later. * +

that's pretty much what i end up doing these winter nights, the heatings on you've cleaned up and sat down put a movie on and within 5 mins i'm out like a light .... woken up by my own snoring 2 hrs later * +
