I have to do a 4 hour speed awareness course for doing 34 in a 30, ridiculous. I had to do one a few years ago for a similar speed, money making scam where they blackmail you into doing it or you get points. * +

it would depend on the speed I guess.. if too high it could put others at risk. but taking a taxi isn't an option imo. would take too long. * +

i mean if u had someone in ur car in danger and had to get them medical help asap, anyone would speed a bit. i would. and i would want someone to do it for me too. within reason * +
