I actually updated it the same day I bought it to make sure it's not the old version one so it wasn't that, it's a 5th generation fire tablet tho..but as mentioned I got it fixed, hope I don't have any other hitches after this. Seems awesome atm, loving it. Thanks for the info tho, appreciate it * +
