My doctor told me not to take ibrufin but i can take paracetamo, so i bort some solible ones from the chemist next door. My muscle injury is in my back and to the side and undernearth my boobs. I think it happened when i tryed to stand up. It took me 8 trys from a bendover position. Is a muscle injury the same as a strain cause the last time i hurt my chest it took 2 months to heal. * +
