The rails are private but it's all irrelevant - everything and everyone are bent to fk. The government, civil service, corporate management, the whole infrastructure has evolved into the complex maze it is now - a million different shades of silver spoon, the paedos in the entertainment industry, the thai girls in the business management, everything everywhere, set up to swindle and gain. You don't get nowhere by being legit, if you're clocked giving it morals you get a fake gold badge and dumped in a pretty sparkly room of happiness and no real future. * +

Weren't they striking because of driverless trains?
Kind of stupid now though having a price hike as with nobody driving trains they wouldn't strike for higher pay.
Kind of ironic really. * +

Apparently the average British train commuter spends 14 percent of their annual income on travelling to work. In France it's 2 percent. Part of southern rail is owned by a French company. The French company are sending home millions upon millions of pounds of pounds profit. * +

Commuters are paying on average 56 percent more than they did in 2006 . *
