I'm back after several weeks. Sometimes my life gets overwhelming and I crawl into my shell.
I'm pretty sure I've always had depression/social anxiety but over the years, it has gotten worse and worse. So I spoke to a clinical psychologist most recently, and was advised to seek psychotherapy. I know some people swear by it and others find it useless. Has anyone else been treated with a therapy for anxieties/depression? If so, did you find it okay? If not, then do you know someone who has been treated with such a therapy and did it help them?
Btw, Barbara is the name I've given to my anxiety. * +

Give the therapy a go. You never know how it will go.

therapy requires you to commit and invest towards it. you can't sit back all guarded and get any results...
