I made something Christmas day where I'd usually use a big cup mushroom for, but didn't have any, so just used bread to make the cups. Worked well though.

Bread in angel cake tray partitions, then grated cheese and bacon in them, then an egg, seasoning, cheese on top, baked, nice. Could probably use Yorkshires as cups too. *
