Can you believe at one point you needed to carry a special 'beard token' in Russia to show you had paid your beard tax. They must have had beard inspectors and all sorts

Some were talking about reintroducing the same tax in the UK this year, it certainly could reduce the number of clone hipster wannabes that seem so prevalent lately. * +
