is there any truth to the claim that outside sources have promoted, funded and assisted the revolution in the ukraine? It has been admitted by assistant secretary newland from the US state department that since 1991 5 billion had been granted to assist in establishing democracy in the post soviet state.. * +

some sources state this accusation is completely false, understanding that funds since 91 cant be identified as being put into rioters bank accounts for direct action, perhaps such a criminal act was too obvious.. But looking at the ukraine since 91 what have the funds gone to? * +
