it is the best thing a person can do to improve, heal or transform their life bar none.

When you are as advanced as I am you can meditate while going about your daily business.
Staying present while keeping the mind quiet it comes with a very sharp alertness.

Oh yeah, staying mindfull through the day can help a lot * +
