Have you tried wild boar? It's more like beef than pork.

I tried zebra burgers, mouflon(wild sheep) sausages and some ostrich steaks a few months ago. They all tasted like beef.

I've had crocodile burgers as well, they looked and tasted a bit like chicken but with a hint of fish. I didn't like them very much. * +
