ive never seen an angel or a vision of JESUS. but i believe you can. so its not just those who dont believe who has not seen. * +

i'm sure that someone these days would invent a device that can project images onto clouds etc

In my own belief,if people see angels,Mary etc. today,then if it's supernatural, theyre not from God,but the other one,Satan. He turns himself into 'an angel of light' in many ways in 2 Corinthians 11:14 And Jesus himself warned about 'great signs and wonders' in Matthew 24:24. Apostle Paul also gave warning about receiving good news other than what had already been given,in Galatians 1:8 * +
