This one can be cheap or not, depending on the caliber of the restaurant. Take your significant other out to a really nice dinner (ie:men singing in sombraros or if not atleast have it in candlelight). Then after dinner take he/she out to a parking lot or a field and pop in a tape of "your song", escort them out of the passenger's side door, and dance with him/her under the moonlight to your song which will be playing loudly out of the humble speakers of your car.
