GUPP Introduces Phreedom IP Centric Smartphone

GUPP Technologies announced the launch of its Phreedom IP centric smartphone. Designed for consumers and cost-conscious businesses, Phreedom is an open, SIP-based, Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi)/GSM mobile phone.

With Phreedom, users can seamlessly switch to VoIP-based calling when in roaming, avoiding excessive long-distance charges that are accumulated when making incoming, outgoing and voicemail calls.
