many believ if we wana do a video chat we need a broadband r a 3g connection.. But its wrong.. All u need is eiethr a laptop or a high version mobile. Juz download skype or yahoo messngr. Sign in into it.. And 2g connection well good for skype or yahoo messngr. If u dont have a camera , dont worry juz enjoy tlking..
