To build ur traps(muscle u asked about from shoulder to neck) u can do dBell shrugs/barbell shrugs.not that rolling the shoulders back cr*p either.I'd personally steer clear of upright rows,if you google them they are the cause of alot of rotator cuff probs which I did get from doing them. *
