according to 1 corinthians chapter 11. JESUS is the head of the man,the man head of the woman. so i would say the husband has rule over the wife. in other words he has authority over her. *

you got to break down the meaning couple of words first, otherwise you risk reading ur own perception into the texts, rather than drawing out the actual meaning within the context *
