Ef.6:10-18 - The main purpose is protection from harm and destruction. Without the armour the believer will b destroyed. If there wasn't a possibility of being destroyed, them there would be no need for the armour. It is our equipment on the battlefield. *

It protects our spirit body. The enemy is spiritual beings and cannot be destroyed with natural weapons, neither can you protect yourself with natural armour. If you were able 2 see the world of the spirit, you would see real personalities with real shapes nd forms. You would see a real sword in ur hand destroying a real enemy. *

THE HELMET OF SALVATION- Protects ur thoughts, the way we see things, the way we speak nd hear things. Salvation is deliverance, preservation, victory freedom, protection. *

THE BREASTPLATE ND RIGHTEOUSNESS- Protects the vital organs. It covers the chest nd stomach. Righteousness- 2 b in right standing, a state of pleasing God, being acceptable to God. Faith produces righteousness- love produces faith. Protects heart of man, the spirit man. When righteousness is not in place there is condemnation. *

THE BELT OF TRUTH- Protects the hips, tighs nd legs, reproductive organs. Affects our fruitfulness as christians, our freedom nd movement if the belt is not in place. Jesus is the word nd the truth- The Truth liberates, regulates, protects. *

THE SHOES OfTHE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE- to share the good message of Jesus.The gospel bring a state of preparedness. Glad tidings of good things. (Rom. 10:15) The shoes protect our walk with God, where we go, gives us sure footing. Essential for movement nd speed. *
