ofcom recieved a complaint from a disgruntelled listener who complained about a competition being a rip off. the competition was no rip off there was no premium rate phone lines or a fix of any kind but he was still suspended for the foreseeable future until ofcom (the same company that dealt with the itv phone line scandal) are finished their investigation in to the allegations. until they are done we are without tim thanks to one listener who couldnt deal with losing a competition well done mate i hope it was worth it. *
