True. you are literally CHANGED from the inside, God gives you a new heart, (not physically), but your hardened heart is replaced with mercy, tenderness, joy, love etc. for God and for other people. You view everything in a different light and perspective, you are given wisdom to understand correctly what the bible is teaching you, you are given a repentant heart. *
