They say walking a mile is better than reading 100 pages of book!! So then whats wrong in reading books n right in walking??

The stress is on practical experience!! Which is available in walking!! Can we modify the way we read??

I will tell u how i read!! Reading is visualition excercise n a journey for me! I visuailiase my self as a flying self over lush green mountain which is just washed out by the showering from clowds!! My SELF also becomes fresh n my mind becoms wider to understand the knowledge

Try this out n giv reply here.!!!

What u speak o is visualisation a powerful tool for all spiritual and physical exercises..Nothing compares 2 th reading of a book. Visualisations r naught without reading th words that create th visualisation. But sinc this topic is about book reading I shall focus my reply on such. There is nothing that compares to reading a book. Look at th cover lovingly bound, inscripted n beautiful writing and made 2 last eons. Th author mayb unknown but th words they leav behind r forever imprinted on th hearts and minds o its readers. Each page tells it own story, each page has its own memories implanted by each hand that has turned it. Th scent o th book is solely its own and as each page is turned its scent wafts up to th reader. Were it not for books many o th worlds history would b lost. If it were not for books we would not hav..... *

th technology that we hav. Books hav enlivened th imagination caught th imagination and went on 2 help create nations. A book will last centuries can we say th same o computers? A book can b taken anywhere unlike its modern counterpart. Walking is walking n wen We've done th miles wat better way 2 unwind then to read a book... *
